An instance wherein a negligent behavior was charged against an LVN happened on or about November 17, 2017, when the LVN falsely documented a re-certification visit when the patient had been admitted to the hospital on November 15, 2017. When the LVN knocked on his door the day in question, she was yelled at and screamed at by someone inside the home to go away and told not to come back. The LVN states she documented the visit because she was already logged in and had started the visit. She was unsure of how to discard the visit since she was new.
